The location couldn't be better, right next to the subway and only a 5-minute walk to the bustling Seaworld shopping area. the apartment is well-furnished, offering a beautiful view and everything you could possibly need away from home. the staff is professional, providing excellent service. the cleanliness is impressive, and the newly furnished rooms are a delight. the breakfast may lean towards Asian tastes, but it still offers a decent variety.

The location might be a bit far from the city center.

no complaints, the hotel suited our needs. the apartment was gorgeous, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the place had a quiet atmosphere. its location at a moderate distance from shekou was good. there was an amazing restaurant, a supermarket and stores next door.

As for me, the area was really busy.

During my stay at The Clouds Apartment, I was impressed with the spacious and well-maintained apartment. The modern decor and cleanliness made me feel right at home. I also appreciated the quick response from the maintenance team when there was a small issue in the apartment. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with visible dust and grime in corners and on surfaces. the bathroom amenities were also lacking, with no shampoo or body wash provided and only a limited supply of towels.

The issue with the door locks. My partner got locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, requiring assistance from the staff to unlock the door.

The location of this hotel was excellent, just next to the metro station which made transportation very convenient. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the fitness gym which was one of the best I've been to. Also, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided quality bathroom products and bathrobes, making the stay very comfortable.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Our stay at Clouds was simply amazing. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Seaworld and the metro station right outside the building. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a breathtaking view of Shenzhen and Hong Kong from the 37th floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleaning ladies were efficient. We loved the amenities like the cold aircon, heated floor in the bathroom, washing machine, and dishwasher. There were also great food options downstairs, including a fantastic coffee shop. we will definitely stay at Clouds again.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury. the in-room breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a diverse range of international cuisine. the private facilities were exclusive and high-end, providing a truly comfortable stay. the heated indoor swimming pool and sun loungers provided a relaxing retreat throughout our time there. the location advantages were unparalleled, with easy access to public transport and a stunning view of the city.

The only negative aspect was the lack of poolside snack bar, but this was a minor issue compared to the vast array of exclusive amenities and services offered at this hotel.
